Reflection

As I entered the classroom, its quiet impressive. It is well-organized room which is conducive to learning. In my observation, Firstly, the teacher used book as her reference for the topics which was being discussed. Another type is Visual Aids. She used it so that all of her examples in her lessons can be written in the visual aid and so that it can be seen my everyone. The teacher also used a marker which she used to write in the visual aid. She used flashcards so that students will read aloud the given problem and let them think for the correct answer and say it out loud. And lastly, the teacher used a lapel as also an assessment tool so that she can be heard by her students from the things that she has been discussing during the period. And it helped her a lot from getting the attention of the students its because before she started their lesson, she told the students to listen very well to what she says because she might be calling somebody to answer the given question. The students learned very well because the teacher has done many strategies in delivering her lessons and in the activity. Although her tools in teaching is limited, but for me it does not matter, because students learning progress depends on the way of your teaching methods. And because of that, as a future teacher, I have gained a lot of ideas regarding on what will be the assessment tools, and strategies that I will prepare by the time that I’m in my field of teaching.
